About the Journal

Islamic Economic Law: Jurnal Hukum Ekonomi Islam is an national journal published by Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat STAI Brebes. This journal is a printed and electronic scientific publication and is published every semester or twice a year in Juni and Desember. It specializes in Indonesia Islamic Economic Law studies in particular, and Globally Islamic Economic Law studies in general and, intended to communicate original research and current issues on the subject. This journal warmly welcomes contributions from scholars of related disciplines. The focus is to provide readers with a better understanding of Sharia Economic Law in Indonesia and around the world history and present developments through the publication of articles and book reviews. The Scope is in Sharia Economic Law and accepts articles in the following fields: Basic Study of Islamic Economical and Business Law Science, Contemporary Study of Islamic Economic & Business Law, Islamic Economy & Business Dispute Resolution, and Study of the Islamic Social Economic/ Welfare System
